You may withdraw your available PKR balance to any verified payment method registered on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Standard withdrawal rules:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies — see the Withdrawal page for current limits by method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within one to five minutes for standard amounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing if your account has not been fully verified.
• pk2888 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is reason to suspect fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms.

6Bonuses and Promotions

pk2888 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms stated at the time of the offer — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and expiry date. These specific terms take precedence over the general bonus rules below where they conflict.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is available.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk2888 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the selection, stake and odds before confirming a bet. pk2888 does not accept requests to cancel bets after they have been placed except where explicitly permitted under void bet rules.

Cricket-specific rules:

• If a match is abandoned before a result is determined and no Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result applies, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned.
• DLS method results are accepted as official results for betting purposes.
• Session run markets close once the session begins. Bets placed before session start are settled on the session total.
• PSL fixtures follow the official PCB and PSL governing body decisions on forfeit, points deductions and match outcomes.

General sportsbook rules:

• Odds shown at the time of placing the bet are the odds that apply. Live betting odds can change rapidly — the confirmed odds on your bet slip are final.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds or market configuration, pk2888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply. Current limits are available in the sportsbook terms section of your account.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be settled before the total bet settles. One void leg in an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that selection rather than voiding the whole bet, unless stated otherwise.

8Casino and Slot Games Rules

All casino games and slot games on pk2888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are independent of previous outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent the statistical return built into each game over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the round result is determined by the server record. Reconnecting will show the outcome of the interrupted round.
• Technical malfunctions void all play and pay for the affected round. Stakes for void rounds are returned.
• Live casino games use real dealers and are subject to the same RNG certification standards for shuffling and outcome integrity where software is involved.

9Player Conduct

pk2888 expects all players to use the platform in good faith. The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
